Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Uzoma moved to Las Vegas at the young age of nine years old. Growing up, he was immersed in playing computer and video games. Then he found his life’s passion: fitness.
At first, Uzoma wanted a six-pack set of abs, but after he took up football and wrestling in school, his training interests grew. He began working out for strength and size, and loved the feeling it gave him. He was hooked.
After graduating from high school, he stopped playing sports, but he continued heavy training. “Weightlifting became a staple in my life,” he says. “It was nice to know that I had so much control of something in my life. I knew the harder I worked and the more time I put into this craft, the more it would pay off.”
Inspired by motivational quotes such as, “Do what you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life,” Uzoma began seeking out ways to make his passion his livelihood. He decided to concentrate on bodybuilding to see where it would take him.
With his superior genetics and strong work ethic, Uzoma was soon competing in men’s fitness contests. When the Classic Physique division was launched in 2016, he jumped in and created a sensation. In 2017, Uzoma earned his IFBB pro card at the 2017 NPC Nationals at the age of 21.
On the way to attaining pro status, the young phenom drew a devoted fan base. He discovered that he loved sharing his passion with others. “It was easy for me to see what my purpose was. I could help people through my journey. Help others optimize their lives physically, mentally, and spiritually.”
Uzoma found that he had a knack for communicating effectively on social media. This allowed him to connect with people on a global scale. As his career continues to develop on IFBB stages, he’s determined to stay committed to helping others realize their dreams.
Says Uzoma: “Hopefully through my own mission, I can pass down knowledge and do my best to lead by example and continue to motivate and help others on their own life journey.”

Because he tries to stay in shape all year, Uzoma doesn’t go in for dramatic shifts in his eating schedule, preferring a common-sense approach. “Ideally I like to eat six meals daily,” he says. “When I’m shredding, I prefer a low-carb, high-fat, high-protein diet. And when I’m bulking, I just eat intuitively, making sure that I’m getting heavy carbs and protein in each meal.”
Uzoma relies on a pyramid system of lifting, while focusing on strict form.
“I build up in weight each set and then when I get to the top of the pyramid, which is my heaviest set, I’ll come back down the pyramid,” he explains. He’ll increase the intensity by performing drop sets and “burn-outs,” but do so without sacrificing form. “I’m extremely conscious about lifting intentionally and chasing the perfect rep,” he says. “I’m trying to make each rep better than the last.”
Uzoma’s three favorite Kaged Muscle products all have one ingredient in common: BCAAS. “BCAAS are one of my favorite supplements,” he states. Here’s what he takes.
