How To Get More Mileage In The Bedroom

Studies illustrate this effect in action. In one study published by the Urology journal, researchers gave a group of 24 men a dose of L-Citrulline (dosed at 1.5 grams per day) for one month followed by a placebo for another month.

Once the test period was over, researchers noted that that there was an improvement in erection hardness from a mild erectile dysfunction rating to normal erectile function in 12 of the 24 men taking the L-Citrulline, but when the placebo was taken, only 2 of the 24 men showed improvements.

Bringing Down Blood Pressure

Another common cause of ED in males is high blood pressure levels and L-Citrulline can help out with this as well. After taking L-Citrulline, your blood vessels will begin to dilate, which brings total blood pressure levels down.

Why Not Just Take Arginine?
