Day 17 Rest Day

Listening to your body and letting it recover is important as we work toward shaping a new body. Our muscles grow when we give them time to rest, recover, and rebuild. Today I’ve checked off a session of cardio. I love how it makes me feel to start the day by breaking a sweat. Don’t worry, I didn’t forget to take my Clean Burn before cardio to aid in dropping some body fat and controlling my hunger for the day. Have a wonderful day off!
