Well, I’m having a hard time lifting my arms up after yesterday’s session! With the change in training plan, I’m feeling some tight, sore muscles. Don’t worry, that’s what we’re aiming for. Today, take the time to rest, and look into getting some soft tissue work done, such as a massage or a chiropractic appointment. Also, make sure your nutrition is on track. Fueling your body with the nutrients it needs will go a long way in the recovery process. Rest up so we can get back to work tomorrow!
