Here we go—Week Six! We’re heading back to the gym with the training plan we started last week, so we’ve had one “warm-up” week with these exercises. It’ll start to get easier from here on out as we remember the order of exercises and our set and rep ranges. For now, make sure you have the plan easily accessible so you don’t have to go searching for it each time you start a new exercise—that just wastes time and gives your body a chance to cool down. We want to keep our heart rate up throughout the whole session as a way of burning fat.
