Why did you decide to do this Muscle Building Trainer, what was that ‘AHA’ moment?
I tried one of Kris’s other challenges and got great results, so I knew that this one would be a great challenge but was excited to make improvements on myself.
Why did you choose Kris’ Muscle Building Trainer over other programs?
Kris’s trainer programs surpass all others I have seen because he not only posts up a plan for you to follow, but he actually does it himself and provides guided videos, so there’s no confusion as to what you are supposed to do or that it works.
What Kaged Muscle supplements did you take while doing this trainer?
I use the fermented Glutamine, Creatine HCl, and pure Citrulline.
Which Kaged Muscle supplements that you used in the program were your favorite and why?
I love them all Kaged Muscle products because there is no fillers or artificial ingredients. They’re just clean supplements that I can trust.
Can you provide us with a 1-day sample of the diet you personally followed?
I have to admit I did a strict keto diet due to the amount of body fat I wanted to lose during this contest. I took my supplements and drank a black coffee pre-workout then would fast until noon, then I would eat three whole eggs, two sausages, and some cheese. My third meal would be 4 oz of wild caught salmon and a salad. Before bed I would eat plain unsweetened almond yogurt with zero calorie syrup and cacao nibs. I started at about 2,150 calories a day and ended around 1,650 calories a day during the final stretch of the program.
What is the best piece of advice Kris provided you with during the program?
It’s hard to name one exact piece of advice, to be honest. No other trainer programs out there would you get daily videos to motivate you and walk you through each of the workouts.
What aspects of the trainer challenged you most?
The evening cardio. With a family and evenings consisting of going to church, mowing the lawn, and cooking, it was hard to make myself go do the evening cardio.
What is your advice for others wanting to do this program?
I can’t lie, it isn’t easy, but nothing will work if you don’t. Eight weeks seems like a long time but trust me once you get started it’s over before you know it and the progress speaks for itself.
What are the top three gym music tracks you listened to most during the trainer?
Skillet, Red, and Thousand Foot Krutch.
What tactics helped you overcome roadblocks in regards to family, social gatherings, diet, workout and career during this trainer?
We turned off our satellite and I stayed off social media as during the challenge. You wouldn’t believe the amount of time you have when you don’t have those distractions in your life.
