I was preparing for a bodybuilding show and this challenge happened to stack up with the day of the show. Coaching myself for the diet portion of the show prep, I liked the fact Kris’ program would take care of the rest.
I’ve followed Kris for almost my entire fitness career with success, so there was no doubt with this program either.
Fermented BCAA, IN-KAGED, Kasein, PurCaf Organic Caffeine, and Hydra-Charge.
I practically lived off Kasein during the Trainer. I had two servings per day for 10 weeks straight. I loved the slow digestion it delivered especially with low calories. IN-KAGED and Hydra-Charge were also a daily necessity mixed into my gallon water jug. I drank this throughout the day which helped me hit my water intake and also gave me all-day energy.

I also consumed apple cider vinegar and kombucha daily, as well as added turmeric, ginger, pepper flakes, and cinnamon to a lot of my foods.
Kris’ words are always powerful, but his actions are what push me the most. It's awesome to know he’s right there with you, every day, pushing it just like you, but also there to pick you up on those rough days as well.
The workouts of course, ha ha! The nutrition and cardio was the easy part, but doing one of his leg days is brutal. And to be honest, at the start of every workout I added a power movement because of having to stay powerlifting ready as well as prepping for a show. The combo worked great!
Don't give up. There is always going to be a rough day in the mix, but Kris is there to get you back on track. This program is not easy by any means. It pushes you physically, but also Kris helps train your mind as well with his daily words of wisdom and advice for recovering from the hard training.
