I’ve been following Kris for a long time now and have always enjoyed the programs he puts out. I was putting on a decent amount of weight and then saw he was putting out the hardcore trainer. It was perfect timing.
I’ve followed Kris for quite a while and completed many of his other programs with success. I also feel a level of trust with him and the advice he gives versus the others out there who seem to just want to sell a product. This program really goes in depth on nutrition and training and you finish it much more knowledgeable about health and fitness.
PRE-KAGED, RE-KAGED, Clean Burn, Kasein, Hydra-Charge, Glutamine, Creatine HCl, and BCAA.
PRE-KAGED and RE-KAGED. The taste of each of these products is great. Pre-workout also didn’t give me jitters like the majority of the other pre-workouts out there do.
Upon waking: Organic apple cider vinegar, organic lemon juice, alkalizing greens powder, Hydra-Charge, turmeric, and ginger shake.

Meal 2 (post workout): RE-KAGED
Meal 3: 5 oz chicken breast, white rice or baked potato
Meal 4: 5 oz white albacore tuna, white rice or baked potato
Meal 5: Salad with 5 oz of chicken or tuna
Meal 6: 1 scoop Kasein
I followed the macros that the calculator on the nutrition overview page calculated based on the week, my weight, and body fat percentage.
How to control your environment. This is really difficult for most people I feel because you will have social events and other things that come up where it might not be convenient to stay on track with diet and training. I learned to say no to most social gatherings during those 8 weeks and put my health first.
Definitely the double cardio sessions toward the end of the 8 weeks.
Go for it. It’s only 8 weeks and you will see a complete change in your physique and feel great. You’ll also gain a bunch of knowledge about overall health and fitness.
Thrice – “Black Honey”
Gojira – “Art of Dying”
Gojira – “Flying Whales”
I brought all my meals in a cooler bag whenever I had a social gathering. Yes, some people thought it was crazy, but who cares? It was what I needed to do to transform.
Also, I had knee issues in the patella area which really made leg day and double cardio sessions difficult. I found that a knee brace was helpful, and I really focused on form. I had to experiment and come up with some ways around the pain, but it was a great learning process.
12- and 8-Week Muscle Builder. 4weeks2shred as well. The daily videos really motivate me to hit the gym hard and stay on track with diet.
