IrelandIt actually mixes!! And mixes really well, just like the whey. Previously I've been buying another brand which could not mix and had to be put into your mouth before you drenched it down with water. Needless to say that was really rough, never mind its taste. Kaged Muscle BCAA is really easy to take, I mix it with my protein ( post-workout ) to take away leucine's taste. Overall 5 star. Also, very good recovery!!
